This dahlia! Pennsgift is a one of a kind show-stopper, and oh such a friendly happy dahlia. I feel like it is the Golden Retriever of dahlia plants. Just always so happy to see me.
Pennsgift grows quickly, and blooms large. Like really large. 11+ inches large on its day, and then many smaller blooms while its at it. The plant gets covered in huge lavender’ish purple’ish blooms that are wispy and curly.
I personally love this variety and grow a lot of it. I can vouch for it.
